James Davis is a consultant with Freshfields, the City law firm, specializing in general corporate advice, public and private mergers and acquisitions and private equity work.
He was a partner with Freshfields from 1976 and opened and led the firms Singapore office from 1980 to 1984. James was also a member of the firm's partnership council for seven years.
He is Governor Trustee of Suttons Hospital in Charterhouse and Trustee of the Kennedy Institute of Rheumatology Trust. James became a member of the Aggregate Industries board on 1 May 2007.
