A member of the executive committee since January 2008, Steve is functionally responsible for all people issues in the business.
An essential element of Steve's role is to ensure the business recruits and retains sufficient talented people to assist with our strategy for organic growth, together with equipping our current workforce with the skills to develop both professionally and personally.
Prior to his appointment as HR Director Steve held a variety of personnel and HR positions for Aggregate Industries and previously for the Bardon Group. Prior to this he held a senior position in the coal industry.
