We are committed to training, developing and rewarding our employees to maximise their potential as we recognise that they are key to our success. Where possible, our policy is to promote existing employees to new or vacated positions, so as our business grows, then so do our people.

We are an Equal Opportunities employer.
As IT fraud becomes more sophisticated, companies are experiencing what is known as ‘phishing’ scams that masquerade as genuine individuals and/or companies attempting to obtain information. An area often targeted is recruitment. As a responsible employer, we take information security and privacy seriously. In recent months, we have seen an upturn in the amount of victims of this scam contacting us about a recruitment opportunity we were meant to have sent out. To support potential victims, and to ensure this doesn’t keep happening, we have outlined details of our recruitment procedure below:
1.External advertisement placed on the Aggregate Industries website and on various internet job boards.
2.Candidate applications are reviewed by an Aggregate Industries Director/Manager.
3.Candidates for interview are approached.
4.Interviews are conducted face to face by an Aggregate Industries Director/Manager.
5.Director/Manager approaches candidate with an offer of employment, and candidate provides ID.
6.HR Department creates an offer of employment pack and posts in hard copy format to candidates home address.
We will never ask a job applicant to share personal information or conduct interviews by email.
Job offers are sent personally and not from generic email addresses.
We will never ask for money as part of any recruitment process.
If you are unsure whether your engagement with us is genuine, please contact the HR team using the contact us form.
If you are a victim of recruitment fraud you should report it immediately to Action Fraud or your local law enforcement agency.
