We are now accepting application forms for our 2012 Graduate Management Training Scheme which will commence in September 2012
The scheme Our Graduate training scheme is an exciting program based around ‘learning by doing’. We don’t believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach to graduate training so when you join us you will be offered a development path tailored specifically to you, to develop you both personally and professionally.What does it involve?Following an in-depth induction, (when you will be introduced to the main areas of our business as well as our key management team), you will be given a series of real business projects to work on, which could be based anywhere in the country. Given the size and scope of our operations, the possibilities for opening up an exciting career in construction are endless!
To support the ‘hands-on’ experience you gain during your projects, which normally last around 6 months each; you will also receive a structured training plan to develop you both personally and professionally. Occasionally some of our graduate recruits who are occupationally focused may go straight into a substantive position and will be supported by a structured training and development program.
