I joined the Company in 1993, initially as a Business Development Manager and lived through two acquisitions, before taking up a Commercial Manager role within the Charcon Specialist Products division in 1997, when CAMAS was acquired by Aggregate Industries.
I currently manage a team of ten, interfacing with four production units to ensure that we are the preferred supplier for key accounts and that we secure specifications on major projects across the industry. My greatest achievement to date has been taking a business that was making a £100k loss when I joined and turning it around to one that is now making £2 million profit. I am also very proud of securing the St Pancras project, which lasted 5 years.
