The Bicester area is very close to Oxford, and borders onto the Cotswolds, historically utilising stone in housebuilding.

David Wilson Homes were constructing De Lacy Fields at Kingsmere – an outstanding development of three, four and five bedroom homes.  The company wanted the development to be designed in materials complimentary to Cotswold stone, render and brick. This development combined rural and modern living in an enviable location.

Dressed Walling was chosen by David Wilson. A product that is perfect for adding value and visual appeal to any build, either domestic or commercial.

Rough Dressed Walling is produced in moulds originated from natural stone masters for a high quality aesthetic detail and importantly is produced in rational sizes for ease, speed and flexibility of construction.

The pictures of the site show how well the product works when combined with brick to accentuate features.

The site is now on its second stage and is proving highly successful and popular for David Wilson.
