The client was looking to use 3 different block types to achieve their build requirements. Masterblock put forward it’s 140mm Masterlite Pro Paint Grade 7.3N which covered all the characteristics they were looking for, allowing them to use just one block type.


As part of the project, we supplied 15,000m² of product, including 14,000m² of 140mm Masterlite Pro Paint Grade 7.3N concrete blocks was used in various parts of the scheme, including the flagship Debenhams store where it was used throughout.
