A Concrete Commitment from Aggregate Industries

Cementing its position as one of the best service-providers in the industry, Aggregate Industries has launched a customer service pledge to buyers of its ready-mixed concrete products.

The Concrete Commitment is an Aggregate Industries led initiative, launched in April 2017, which outlines eight promises the business division aims to honour in order to upkeep its already industry-leading level of customer service.

The Concrete Commitment includes a promise to; provide a dedicated account manager; next day delivery guarantee; remuneration for late deliveries; an out-of-hours service when required; industry-leading technical support and know-how; quality assurance with an unrivalled safety record; and regular project review on larger jobs.
