A quaint housing development at Sampford Peverell in Devon, is the latest perfect setting for Charcon’s Woburn Block Paving.
Built by regional developer Millwood Homes, the select development of eleven different house types includes coach-houses, mews and semi-detached properties. To achieve a distinctive village feel the brickwork, roof tiles, woodwork, hard and soft landscaping have all been carefully selected to complement the immediate locality and surrounding countryside.
Continuing its partnership with Millwood Homes, Charcon provided 1,700m² of Woburn Rumbled Autumn block paving. Woburn is an attractive block with a rumbled/weathered appearance which is ideal for paving lightly trafficked and parking areas. An additional concrete block paving was used to delineate the pedestrianised parking areas and the highway.
