Infilta block and DrainAsphalt are typical of these types of systems and can enhance the urban landscape. A study by H.R. Wallingford determined that pervious surfaces are one of the most effective and space efficient methods of incorporating SUDS into developments.
Impermeable surfacesImpermeable surfaces can be provided with source control systems such as the Permachannel system which provides a more effective means to treating pollution than conventional drainage systems and oil separators.
