In his role James will also sit on the company’s Executive Committee.
James joins Aggregate Industries bringing with him a wealth of experience in leading organisations and teams through growth, as well as an innovative approach to organisational transformation in a dynamic and ever challenging environment.
With over 20 years of international experience in HR Leadership, James was previously Organisation & Talent Development Leader at General Electric. Before that, he was for 7 years Vice President of Human Resources at Alstom Power Services.
He has a Masters in Organisation Development, Organisation Development & Change Management from Sheffield Hallam University, as well as various specialised certifications from renowned institutions like Insead, Kornferry and the International Coaching Federation.
