As the UK marks the start of Pride Month 2018 (1st – 30th June 2018), Aggregate Industries has stated that the construction industry must take a much more progressive and open-minded approach to attracting a diverse talent pool to ensure future success of the sector. 


Every year, during the month of June, the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community organises various events across the globe to promote equal rights and to increase society’s awareness of diversity.
