Early in 2012 we were delighted to introduce a training scheme approved by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE). The first of its kind within our sector, the scheme allows participants to work towards obtaining professional status whether it is at Chartered, Incorporated or Technician level.
The scheme is designed for the participants to play a part in real working projects, not training exercises. The professional contribution given will be important to current our projects – and will hopefully grow to be more important as time goes by.
Throughout the training and development employees are supported by us and by an assigned supervising civil engineer. The supervisor’s role being to ensure that the scheme meets both the needs of the projects and contributes to the participant’s development objectives.
For more details about the training scheme please contact us or visit the ICE website for more details.
