Sustainability reports

2019 Sustainability Report

At LafargeHolcim, we believe that sustainability creates value for our business, our shareholders and society. As the global leader in building materials and solutions we are determined to maximize this value, and are committed to living up to the responsibilities that come with it.

Sustainability Report 2022

In 2022, we continued our progress towards our net zero ambition. Those net CO2 emissions directly under our control (Scope 1) decreased by over 5% to 557.7 kilograms of CO2 per ton of cementitious. This was the key target we set within our sustainability strategy, reflecting the fact that cement contributed to over 80% of our carbon footprint.
