A market leading specialist in the onsite production and paving of sustainable hydraulically bound materials including:

  • Cement Bound Granular mixtures (CBGM)
  • Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC)
  • Fly Ash and Slag Bound mixtures (FABM/SBM)
  • Bentonite Enriched Soil (BES).

Sustainable solutions

With the ability to produce bound mixtures using site won or secondary aggregates; crushed concrete and asphalt planings including tar bound mixtures, we significantly improve the sustainability credentials of a project by:

  • reducing the use of virgin aggregates
  • creating significant reductions in the volume of waste sent to landfill
  • transforming carcinogenic tar bound waste into a usable bound mixtures
  • lowering vehicle miles (and therefore CO² and equivalent emissions) by mixing the mixtures on site.

All-round contracting capability

We operate the largest fleet of Titan ABG heavy duty pavers in Europe that are capable of laying mixtures up to 13m wide and 300mm thick in a single layer.

Our continuous mobile mixing plants are capable of a range of outputs of up to 300m3 of mixtures per hour. For example, on large scale projects we have achieved outputs of over 2000m3 per day through a single paver.

Using our expert technical resources we provide consultation on all aspects of each project including feasibility studies; outline budgets; pavement design; mixtures selection; testing; buildability; programming and project management.
