Terms and Conditions for Aggregate Industries UK Limited- Free Prize Draw.
- The prize draw is open to those within the construction sector and are either classified as current Aggregate Industry customers or potential Aggregate Industry customers who are based in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland). To be eligible for this prize draw, individuals must be aged 18 years or over and must not be employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. Competitors of our company will also not be included in our prize draw.
- Each completed and submitted Registration of Interest at the end of the completed website survey, who provide their contact details, will be an entry into the prize draw, unless opted out. Each completed Registration of Interest equals one entry to the prize draw, a maximum of one entry per person.
- One winner will be chosen by random draw.
- The “Promotion Period” is between 4th April and the 30th April. Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be considered.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries which are not correctly completed or submitted for any reason including a technical fault of any kind.
- The winners of the Prize Draw will be offered £250 virgin Experience Card (the “Prize”).
- The winner of the Prize Draw will be notified by email (using details provided at entry). If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then that winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative similar prize if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- The winners’ name and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Digital Marketing Prize draw, Kellam's Farm Copt Oak Road Leicestershire Markfield LE67 9PJ within 30 days after the Promotion Period.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name, photograph and other relevant information in any media.
- Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for delivery of the Prize.
- Entrant’s information may be used for marketing purposes where the entrant has provided consent
- The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
