Why have we developed LOOP?

To continue to be a market leader in the construction industry and a supplier of choice, Aggregate Industries has developed LOOP as the technological platform to build closer working relationships with you, our customers. Starting with real time order tracking and electronic proof of delivery, we will constantly be looking to improve and develop the LOOP offerings to make things as easy as possible for you.

How does LOOP Order Tracking work?

The Order Tracking element of LOOP – When a delivery is despatched from any of our sites, a text message will be sent to the requested customer mobile number (usually the site foreman) with a link to track the delivery in real time. This will give details of that specific load, plus any historic/future delivery information. You do not need to download an app or require a password to access this information.

What is Aggregate Industries ePoD?

The Aggregate Industries ePoD removes the need to print a paper conveyance note on despatch of an order. Once a delivery is despatched all the delivery information currently printed on the ticket will be sent to the driver’s mobile or in-cab device. This will then be used to complete the transaction at the delivery location, recording any additional information and capturing the customer’s signature.

Once the customer’s signature has been captured an electronic copy of the delivery note will be generated. This will be emailed to the address you provide, as well as be available to view through the LOOP – Customer Portal. Using this system will make query resolution quicker. Thanks to the instant transfer of data after the signature has been captured on site, Aggregate Industries ePoDs will remove the wait of up to two weeks currently in place for the printed conveyance note to make its way through the process.
